The first responsibility that we would like this marketing professional to take up is to meet Prospective Clients and successfully bid and obtain Rebar Detailing and Estimation Projects Overseas.

The candidate would also have to co-ordinate with our Clients and our Rebar Estimation and Detailing Division in Chennai.

Profile Thorough knowledge of RCC structures with specific emphasis on reinforcement of concrete.

Solid, mature and a balanced person with strong Leadership Skills capable of converting the vision of the Promoter into a high growth and Profitable Business.

Excellent ability to Recruit, Train & Develop and grow Human Resources, thereby building his own Professional Team.

Tech Savvy, one who is Technically strong and uses them for Business Decisions.

Must have good communication skills as the candidate will have to Co-ordinate between the clients (Structural Consultants and Site Contractors) and the Head Office in order to create a highly Efficient Business Model and provide a good service to our Customers in the Construction Industry.

The candidate would also have to Co-ordinate with other clients when Detailing and Designing work is Outsourced to us.
