Self starter, proactive, HR Professional with specialization in Human/Industrial relations. MBA preferred. Candidates with hands on experience in HR dept of a large industrial concern will be preferred. Age group 35 - 42 years.
Purpose of Position. To provide an efficient HR Administrative service to the operations department in line with HR procedures and oversee all Labour issues. Principal Responsibilities. Coordination with Operations - Visit construction sites and review staffing requirements based on Manpower Forecast reports with Project Managers. - Ensure required approvals are obtained for Personnel actions, e.g. authority for new hires, contract amendments, salary revisions, in accordance with HR procedures Payroll - Serve as the gatekeeper for transmittal of approved changes to payroll and prepare documents to be signed by both employees and employer - Check labor payroll.
Strong Communication Skills
Must be self-motivated, multi-task oriented and be one who thrive in a fast paced environment
Must possess a strong character and be able to supervise over 4000 workforce
Should have Construction Industry experience
GCC experience is a must
Coaching skills, communication, interviewing, teambuilding, create and maintain HR systems and procedures.Honesty, Teamwork, innovation, Discretion .Age 33-38 years old Holder of UAE driving.
1. Ensure manpower requirements comply with the budget. 2. Maintain a database of CV’s for various skill sets for easy and fast retrieval. 3. Determine sourcing alternatives ranging from adverts to head hunting, review applications, categorize, screen and short list the best applicants. Refer to department heads and initiate interviews in conjunction with them. 4. Conduct Skill Test wherever required. 5. Inform candidate of their status ( verbal / written ) and update database. 6. Prepare formal offer, update records, clarify queries, quell anxieties, and smoothen the entry process. Ensure psychometric and reference checks are satisfied. 7. Follow up with Personnel Executive on the selected candidates’ status and keep candidate and dept head updated of the same. 8. Keep records of employees who are desirous or recommended for internal placement, and track vacancies to determine the best fits among the Company’s internal applicants / candidates. 9. Maintain an active data base, keep track of unsolicited applications and CVs, and follow up on the records of walk-in applicants to identify those suitable for further consideration. 10.Review all invoices of recruitment agencies and follow up with accounts dept for payments. 11.Perform all other tasks assigned by the Manager- Recruitment & Personnel. 12.Conduct exit interviews.
