* Keeps all stakeholders updated with regard to status of existing and new retail developments.
* Provides timely and accurate information to Engineering and Operations departments and ensures successful delivery of the project within the predetermined timeframes.
* Sustains and enhances relationships with landlords and developers.
* Prepares and implements high-level processes and procedures, guidelines and standards for the Real Estate department.
* Guides, trains, appraise and motivate reporting staff to ensure high degree of knowledge, productivity, efficiency and commitment within the department.
* Prepares departmental budget and ensures function operates within cost restraints.
* Gathers and constantly updates market intelligence.
- Assisting Design Project Managers to achieve Project Objectives by utilizing a good understanding of Construction Projects Life Cycle in the U.A.E. and Project Management Skills.
- Coordination of different design and permitting activities to optimize efficiency of team work.
- Communication with different project stakeholders (Clients, End-users, Authorities, Consultants, Contractors, Internal Design Teams) as necessary to control design scope, quality and time.
- Studying and summarizing new Authority requirements / guidelines and reflecting on their impact on design procedures.
- Active participation in quality control application in the design stages.
• Manage Customer segments to acquire and retain profitable customers
• Manage a sales team to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue in all aspects of the group.
• Will be trained for overall profit centre responsibility including finalization and implementation of strategies, budgets and targets.
The candidate will be expected to exhibit the qualities which include self-motivation, resourcefulness, creativity, organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
To participate in the development of policies, procedures, standards and
strategies relating to HC issues, such as, career development, training,
nationalization and succession planning.
· To provide assistance to management personnel and act as a company-wide
resource dealing with career development, training, nationalization and
succession planning
· To develop competency-based career development frameworks for each major
discipline.
· To evaluate skills, knowledge and abilities required for specific Company
positions in order to create competency-based Development Plans for UAE
Nationals.
* Chemical Engineer or Post Graduate in Plastic / Polymer Technology.
* 10-12 years experience in Quality Control, Testing and Quality Assurance.
* Well versed with ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards, TQM and Best Laboratories Practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
