• Responsible to develop and sustain long term customer relationships
• Responsible to establish relationship engaging customers at all levels of the customer organization.
• Uses relationships to engage early in the customer buying process diagnosing customers needs and tailoring solutions to PCM Sales Process
• Manages day to day strategies maintaining balanced approach strategic account planning service support, quarterly results and long term account goals
• Identifies new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support for building value propositions
• Manage and build customer contacts , serving as the customer’s trusted technical coach, advisor
• Focal point for relationship strategies, account and sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations, etc.
1. Operation of provided sales region with well-defined objectives (inclusive of sales target achievements)
2. Achievement of given objectives / targets
3. Exponential growth rate for the region
4. Periodic evaluation of customer account and credit approvals
5. Visit existing clients; Constant effort on adding new clients to the database
6. Maintain steady market growth
7. Raise delivery advices and co-ordinate deliveries
8. Follow up on payments
9. Ensure achievement on assigned sales target to self; Aim to over-achieve
10. Ensure channel updated on new products or new versions
Engineering graduates from Electrical & Electronics background with minimum 3 years of experience in selling Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) / DC Systems and Batteries. Should have experience in Middle East with valid UAE Driver’s License.
