Experience should have been in setting up marketing processes and systems, supply chain management, with a view to enhance brand value of the operations. Should ideally have managed the business with focus on ROCE and details rather than on margins only. Should have managed a large workforce preferably of multicultural origins. Should have a background in Consumer Electronics. Experience in the Middle East desirable but not essential.
Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company.
Coordinate changes and improvements in automated financial and management information systems for the company.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
'Sales planning Managing the Supply Chain Inventory Management- (Planning, Forecasting and maintaining Inventory Levels)' Develop various channel for Sales development viz Distribution channel Retail channel Manage channel partners such as Distributors, Power retailers provide adequate support and information to help them plan better Provide regular reports to the Head of the HHP division Regular communication to the Distributors for advise on day to day sales and other activities.
• Should have 6 to 10 years of experience in fields related to Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Plants.
• Should have worked in System design / engineering and layouts with consulting or contracting company. Work in field testing & commissioning, or project execution can also be considered, provided it is associated with ‘in depth’ involvement in technical aspects.
• Should have experience in few of the following systems:
o Optical fibre transmission & multiplexing
o Voice switching / PABX / Key telephones systems
o Microwave radio / TDMA radio
o VHF/ UHF mobile radio system
o Satellite communication
o Integrated voice and data networking systems
o Public address / closed circuit television systems
1) TELECOMS SPECIALIST
Completion of Secondary education followed by 3 years formal training in telecoms work.
5 years experience in telephone network installation, repair and maintenance.
Knowledge of English Language.

2) SENIOR LEARNING OFFICER

Graduate of Business Administration or HR.
Five years experience in learning or training area.
